Message	my wife and I closed on our current home. It was new construction and when all was done we figured we would take another 30k out for new furniture, landscaping, etc. well, the bank didn't send use a bill for a year! We actually proded them to look into it. When they found the mistake they treated it just like we got the loan THAT DAY! We didn't have any late fees AND we got the interest rate from the previous year! Not to mention at least 7000 of that money was invested to our benefit. Not bad, these screw-ups!
